Delivery & Returns

Deliveries take between 10 and 20 days from time of order depending on your location. All beds are made to order immediately and specifically for you.

Delivery fees

Mainfreight carriers are used for all deliveries. Mainfreight is a trusted New Zealand owned and operated freighting company. Drivers of mainfreight run on their own schedule and delivery within the country may vary depending on the days the truck leaves the depot. Once goods leave our stores, mainfreight will take over in contacting you with delivery times. Usually one or 2 days before delivery is made.

Accepting Your Delivery

You’re required to accept the delivery of goods when your products are available, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us. Where possible, storage can be arranged at an additional cost.

Upon delivery, if no appropriate person (over 18 years old) is available to receive the order, we’ll endeavour to arrange for delivery at a different time. Please note: we may charge an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.

If you suspect that damage has occurred to the product. Do not move the product until you have taken photos of all sides clearly which need to be sent to our customer care team along with a full description and photos of any damage

You have 24 Hrs to make a claim for any concealed damage. Outside this we cannot claim or replace. STI is taken as for “signed clean”

If the item arrives damaged, sign as damaged and you have seven days to notify us. Outside this we cannot claim or replace
